Until 1978 Bryan Lecoche was a serving Bedfordshire Police Officer, starting as a uniformed constable before moving onto the Drug Squad and then eventually in the CID as a Detective.
After 11 years police service Bryan accepted an offer to join Constant & Co., an enforcement and investigation agency formed five years earlier by a retired police colleague. He remained with Constants for 34 years, during which time he ran and grew the company into a very successful business.
In 2012 Bryan parted company with Constants and incorporated Bryan Lecoche Ltd. Clients with whom he had built long term professional relationships and friendships and colleagues with whom Bryan had worked were keen to continue their relationships with him, which lead to the success he had achieved at Constant & Co being quickly repeated with the company now bearing his name.
In 2018, to support the growth of the business, reinforce the company’s resilience and continuity, and to strengthen succession planning, Bryan’s son, Richard Lecoche, joined the business. Richard has, since leaving university, managed other successful businesses, both family-owned and corporate, primarily in the wine industry. Now, as a director and co-owner of the business he is fully involved in its day-to-day operation as well as shouldering much of the burden of the demands of running the business. One of his key roles is to develop and implement the strategies, processes and structures to ensure the business remains efficient and effective today and remains relevant and fit for the future. As well as the invaluable advantage of being able to call on Bryan’s knowledge and experience accumulated over many years, our team benefit from the numerous policies, procedures, guidance, training and development programmes and best practices created since the business first began, which are at the core of our organisation.
